* Meet the Bloggers (Public Information Officers Track) - Meet us! The Social Media Beat Bloggers will introduce the resources and services available through the Center for Social Media and discuss some of their favorite topics and posts, as well as answer questions from the audience.
* Social Media: Challenges and Opportunities (Chief Executive Track) - Hear from law enforcement executives how their agencies are using social media to solve crimes, build community support, and enhance operations. Executives will describe both the challenges and opportunities that social media presents.
